Management of Car Parking areas on private property
Our Property Managers deal with breaches of House Rules by residents e.g. noise disturbances, rubbish not being deposited to appropriate bin storage area, car parking issues etc.
Bourke Property Management provide a full 24-hour emergency maintenance service for Common Area Maintenance emergencies such as emergency repairs, and electrical or plumbing repairs.
Bourke Property Management Responsibility:
Open a bank account for the Management Company.
Register the management company with the revenue.
Put block insurance in place.
Liasewith the developer to have on file contact details of contractors involved in the building of the units.
Hold on file commissioning documentation, copy of fire certificate and any other relevant technical documentation.
Liase with the developer to insure premises is handed over to the management co. in an appropriate way.
Activate and monitor all services provided for in service charges.
Manage the running of the management co. bank account.
Have books audited at years end.
Call and manage AGM
Put forward new budget at AGM
Collect future service charges.
Ensure that proper returns are made to the companies office.
