We ensure that we find the right tenant for each property. BPM use a vigorous referencing and vetting procedure for all its’ tenants on behalf of the landlord to protect their interests throughout the term of the let. Our rates are very competitive and we always keep a close eye on the market to ensure that we always maintain this position.

Bourke Property also handle properties in a private capacity for clients who request discretion.
