Bourke Property Management is a Family run business; Set up By Susan Bourke & Ian Bourke in August 2003.
Bourke Property Manage a growing quantity of apartment blocks, apartments & houses in the Sligo area. We personally take an on site approach to ensure permanent management of the property.
We offer a 24 hour service for common area emergencies; and have numerous contractors who carry out general maintenance work at all properties

Bourke Property Management is a growing and expanding  business which was set up in August 2003. With it’s head office in Sligo, we provide a a professional and reliable service to all our clients.We have a vibrant team who specialise in the management of  both  Multi Unit Developments and private houses in the Sligo area.We recently appointed Jason Mulrooney as our senior accommodation s manager of our Letting Agency where we have a growing portfolio of apartments and houses in County Sligo .

Empty properties are NOT an option at Bourke Property and we aim to keep all our properties occupied continuously as we appreciate that an empty property is an non earner .To this end we are dynamically proactive in seeking tenants and viewing properties outside of normal trading hours to the satisfaction of both tenant and landlord alike .
